Terms of Service

By using Zoro, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

What Zoro is

Zoro is a platform that helps restaurants manage table reservations. Restaurant owners (“Operators”) create a booking page; guests use it to reserve tables.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use Zoro lawfully. Operators must honour reservations and keep their availability up to date. Guests must cancel promptly if plans change.

What we don't allow

No scraping, reverse-engineering, spamming, or abusing the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Availability & warranty

Zoro is provided “as is” with no guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any losses resulting from use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Zoro means you accept the latest version. We'll update the date above when changes are made.
